COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil on medium flame in a kadhai. Put the papad in hot oil and fry on both sides until puffed up. Remove extra oil and sprinkle our seasoning on top.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Chop onion, tomato, and chilli. Mix it with salt, pepper, and squeeze some lemon juice. Put it on top of the papad and add some chutney to it. Enjoy your masala papdi chaat!
