COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil on medium flame in a kadhai. Put the papad in hot oil and fry on both sides until puffed up. Remove extra oil and sprinkle our seasoning on top.

Pair tangy tomato salsa or creamy tzaziki with chilli garlic rice papad to make a fusion chip and dip platter
